Through a series of interactive online modules and personalized virtual sessions with our licensed therapists, participants will learn evidence-based coping strategies, mindfulness techniques, and practical skills to navigate life’s challenges. This flexible program provides the support and resources needed to improve mental well-being and foster a greater sense of purpose, all while accommodating busy schedules and personal preferences.

The Center for Purposeful Aging introduces a new program, Mindfulness Techniques, designed for older adults. This self-paced course offers practical mindfulness skills to reduce stress, enhance focus, and improve overall well-being. Participants will learn evidence-based mindfulness practices through guided meditations, breathing exercises, and reflective journaling. Our program helps manage anxiety, cultivate inner peace, and live in the moment with intention and purpose.

Our program offers interactive online modules and personalized coaching to help caregivers navigate the journey of caring for a loved one. Participants learn effective stress management techniques, communication skills with healthcare providers, and creating a nurturing environment. Whether you’re new to caregiving or looking to enhance your skills, our home learning program provides the tools for high-quality care with confidence and compassion.
